Re-elected for a second term, Malloy, a Democrat, is scheduled to be sworn into office for a second time Wednesday, January 7, 1:30 p.m. at the William O’Neill State Armory, 360 Broad Street, in Hartford -doors open at 11:30 a.m.   Lt. Gov.
